POSITION: Recruiting Analyst Reporting to the Global Director of Talent Acquisition Operations & Employer Branding, this new position will support talent acquisition analytics and reporting across our 70+ person global recruiting team. This person will be responsible for all analytics and reporting needs including: recruiting and budget results against targets, hiring pipeline forecasts, key performance indicators, competitive results, strategic planning, and identification of opportunities to recruit more effectively and efficiently. Its output will be used by the Global Head of Talent Acquisition to make decision making at the highest levels of Wolters Kluwer. The analyst will actively support teams’ evolving data needs by designing and implementing data-processes, and partner in the refinement of the global recruiting database. Additional broader diagnostic or predictive analytics projects will be assigned based on needs across the recruiting department and analyst’s individual skills, knowledge and interests. This person will be a member of the team that will upgrade our current ATS environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Data Analysis: • Maintain Talent Acquisition scorecard and weekly operational reporting. • Prepare documents and materials for leadership meetings, reviewing results and modeling different strategic options for future recruiting initiatives. • Respond to ad hoc requests from recruiting leadership and teams, internal departments, etc. Data management: • Monitor and validate data ensuring high-quality information is collected and accurately stored. • Help to continually improve data management methods and systems. Proactively suggest opportunities to avoid problems and anticipate future data needs. | |
